Our Mission:

The Fountain & Warren County Health Department recognizes that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. To that end, we dedicate our services to help the citizens of both Fountain and Warren County achieve and maintain their highest level of health.

Monday through Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.

Fountain-Warren County Board of Health

The Fountain-Warren County Health Department’s Board of Health is seeking a member of the Fountain County community that has a passion for Public Health to serve on the Board. Requirements for the position: Must be a Fountain County resident and may be an Educator, Business Person, Engineer, Environmentalist, Healthcare Professional, Community Activist or any other professional that has a desire to promote healthy living and lifestyles with Fountain and Warren Counties. The Health Board meets quarterly and would serve a 3-year term.  Please send letter of interest and resume via email to kellyfwhealth@gmail.com or mail hard copy to 113 W Sycamore Street, Attica, IN 47918.
