Immunizations

Immunizations are available for children and adults. Qualifications and prices are listed below.

Childhood Immunization Schedule

"Shot days" are Tuesday and Thursday and require an appointment: call Laci Frodge at (765)762-3035 ext.5.

Any child, birth through 18, can receive immunizations at the health department at no charge if your child:

1. has NO health insurance.

2. has Medicaid or Medicare.

3. is Alaskan or Native American.

4. has health insurance that does NOT cover specific vaccines, such as HPV or Hepatitis A.

Children who have health insurance (even with high deductibles, 80/20 plans, or co-pays) are not eligible for free VFC vaccine unless the insurance has capped out or the insurance does NOT cover specific vaccines, such as HPV or Hepatitis A.

Please call the Health Department if you have questions about eligibility.

Information about specific vaccines is available at immunize.org or CDC.org.
