The Fountain & Warren County Health Department recognizes that health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. To that end, we dedicate our services to help the citizens of both Fountain and Warren County achieve and maintain their highest level of health.

2011-09-28 - Health Department Board Meeting Wednesday October 12 at 7 PM. Time for community input will begin promptly at 7 PM.
2011-09-28 - This year\'s flu vaccines are now available. Call to schedule an appointment today. The Center for Disease Control recommends annual flu vaccines for all persons over 6 months of age.
2010-09-10 - School Vaccinations! New state law is mandating all school children be updated on vaccinations in order to stay in school. The Health Department is working to accommodate all children. We encourage individuals who have insurance coverage to get their vaccinations through their family doctor. At this time we are NOT planning on holding on-site vaccination clinics at the local schools. These vaccinations are important, but are routine vaccinations and do not constitute a health emergency. Be patient, and we will serve all of our population in a safe and efficient manner. Thanks.
2010-01-05 - CHANGED SCHEDULE: Tuesday PM vaccinations will now be given from 1:45 - 3:15 PM. Thursday AM will stay from 8:00-10:00.
