Rita Odle is the Administration Clerk and Registrar. Her job duties include:
- Record births and deaths and is responsible for issuing burial permits, birth and death certificates.
- Receive correspondence and forwards to other employees working in the field.
- Maintain and order inventories of supplies for office nurses and sanitarian.
- Prepare all necessary reports for county and State Board of Health.
- Answer mail and performs general secretarial duties.
- Maintain budget books for health office.
- Write and forward payroll and accounts to County Auditor for payment to employees.
