Sanitation
Gregory Robison is the Sanitarian officer. His job duties include:
- To inspect a variety of establishments for conformance to public health regulations and codes.
- To identify hazards and examine conditions as they affect public health, institutional sanitation and safety, hazardous materials, solid waste handling and disposal practice, vector control, recreational areas, hospitals, and other institutions, lead poisoning, and environmental health. Identification and examination is done through on-site visits.
- Assists the county health officer in areas of preparedness for public health issues in compliance with state and federal mandates.
- Provide public health information to the general public and community through outreach opportunities.
- Perform other public health related duties as assigned and as public health issues arise.
